Terms and Conditions for Holiday Discount Wristband

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and using the discount wristband for your holiday. By acquiring and using the wristband, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Individual Use Only:

• The discount wristband is intended for the exclusive use of the individual who has purchased it. It is non-transferable and should not be shared.

2.Group Discount Package:

• If you plan to visit as part of a group, we recommend considering our group discount package or ensuring that each member of the group obtains their own discount wristband.

3. Group Benefits Requirement:

• Discounts and benefits associated with the wristband are applicable to groups only if every individual within the group possesses a valid discount wristband.

1. Validity Period:

• The discount wristband is valid only during the specified dates of your holiday. Any attempt to use the wristband outside of this period is strictly prohibited.

1. Non-Refundable:

• The purchase of the discount wristband is non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for unused portions or early departure.

1. Replacement Policy:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep the wristband secure. If the band becomes too tight please come to one of the three offices to get a replacement - please do not cut it off beforehand. There will be plenty of Malia Bible Reps in and around Malia which you can also contact should this happen. 

1. Compliance with Policies:

• Users of the discount wristband must adhere to all policies and guidelines set forth by the holiday venue. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of wristband privileges.

1. Misuse and Forfeiture:

• Any attempt to misuse the discount wristband, including but not limited to sharing with unauthorized individuals, will lead to immediate forfeiture of all associated benefits.

10. Amendment of Terms:

• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to stay informed about any updates.

1. Liability Waiver:

• The issuing party and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the discount wristband.

By purchasing and using the discount wristband, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. The issuing party reserves the right to refuse service or revoke wristband privileges to individuals who violate these terms.
